Do you do video imaging for insurance companies?

Can I drop my vehicle off after hours?

You bet!  We have a key drop off box that lets you drop your vehicle off with us at any time, even if it’s outside of our regular hours.

Do you have courtesy cars?

Though we don’t have courtesy vehicles, we help make arrangements for you to get you in a temporary vehicle while yours is in for repair.  We want to help your accident repair process as stress free as possible.

What do I do if I’ve been in an accident?

If you have been in an accident, and all vehicles involved are drivable, move them out of the way of traffic so you can safely exchange your information.
If any of the vehicles are not drivable, contact the police complaint line at 780-423-4567.
If the accident causes serious injuries, or if you suspect a driver is impaired, call 911.
Exchange all information:
– Insurance Company and policy number
– Name, Registration and Phone number
– Make, Model and Year of all vehicles involved
– Licence plate number and Drivers Licence number
– Names and phone numbers of all witnesses.
It’s a good idea to keep a pen and a notebook handy in your glove box for this purpose.
If the combined damage of all the vehicles involved amounts to $2,000 or more, then a Collision Report From must be filled out.  This is done at a police station.  It’s a good idea to do this as soon as possible, while the details of the accident are still fresh in your mind.
